Who you're working with
Flora Couper
Flora has worked in team development since 2005, mostly inside dental, medical, and aesthetic clinics. As a practising dental hygienist herself, she's had the same conversations with patients that you're having, and she knows exactly what the clinical environment pressure feels like from the inside.
Her approach draws on NLP, service design, and Insights Discovery. She doesn't hand you a profile and send you on your way. She works alongside you to apply what you've learned to what's actually in front of you right now.
