Why work with me?
With 30 years of clinical experience and 18 years of developing healthcare professionals and their teams, I understand both the ambitions and the obstacles facing clinicians who want more.
I hear it time after time—so many clinicians reach a plateau in their career and need to feel more fulfilled. Sometimes they feel stuck and question their whole career path, even though they've invested years becoming excellent at what they do.
As an Insights Discovery accredited practitioner and NLP coach, I've worked with everyone from newly qualified clinicians with extraordinary vision to established practice owners who knew they were ready for something different but couldn't quite see the path forward.
It's incredibly common to work in your chosen profession and yet question whether it's truly the right path for you, or to know you want more but not know what that looks like.
