Learning about You!

To begin: 

• Complete a short personal inventory questionnaire
• Schedule a discovery call

You will also receive an email with the links.

Step 2

Completing the Insights Evaluator 

After the discovery call, you will be sent a link to complete the Insights evaluator and a link to schedule two coaching calls.

Upon completion of the Insights evaluator, you will be sent your Insights profile with a couple of simple tasks to prepare you for the first coaching call.

STEP 3

Coaching Session 1  

You will learn about the colour energies, the blends of these and the dynamics between them in everyday interactions. You will also:

• Learn your unique colour energy blend
• How you may show up and be perceived

Depending on the outcome you want, you will be set with a task to work on, which will be discussed at the next coaching session.

PART 4

Coaching Session 2

Building on from the first session, we will identify and explore:

• Your strengths 
• Your potential blind spots
• Developing your self-awareness
• Strategies to work on or to solve a problem you face.

PART 4

What Happens Next?

For many, the outcome is to have greater self-awareness and understanding of others and to build communication skills. 

For others, it is the beginning of a larger process of self-development with add-on coaching, such as: 

• Leadership
• Patient Influence Mastery Coaching
• The Finishing School Coaching Programme

Many use this as an introduction to begin the journey of team or practice development with workshops and training programmes designed for the clinical team.
