Introduction

1. Reconstituting the Photoprotein

The video shows you how to reconstitute the photoprotein.  Once this is completed, it remains in the chiller unit for 14 days and provides imaging for 12 patients.

3. Tooth Selection

The Calcivis Imaging System is designed to deliver five images per patient, and this video guides you through considerations for tooth selection.  We have suggestions on getting started and suggestions as Calcivis becomes part of your clinical workflow.

4. Preparing the Tooth 

This video shows how to ensure high-quality images. 

1. Clean and remove biofilm by dry brushing, prophy or washing with a cotton pellet. 
2. Dry the tooth following a 5-second air drying protocol.
3. Avoid light contamination by moving the overhead light.
